O2 responds to complaints on Twitter

A week ago, we were happy to see how Taco Bell stood up to Old Spice (see here) on Twitter. Now mobile service O2 handles a Twitter storm with heaps of dignity, disarming pretty rough criticism by factually responding to a rhetorical question. Well-played, well done, we're taking notes.
